Cope’s Collectibles is a one-person shop selling collectible trading cards. Contact is by email at copescollectibles@gmail.com.

Almost every card listed is a single copy. Listing a card is an invitation to buy, not a binding offer — a sale is made when your payment is taken and the order is confirmed by email. If a card turns out to have sold or been mispriced before that point, the order can be cancelled and refunded in full.

Prices are in US dollars and include no import duty or local tax, which may be charged on arrival for orders outside the United States. Prices can change at any time, but never after you’ve paid.

Starting a checkout reserves the card for 30 minutes so nobody else can buy it while you’re paying. Abandon the checkout and the reservation lapses and the card goes back on sale. Buying a bundle reserves every card in it, or none of them.

• An offer has to be at least 25% of the listed price to be considered, and a bundle can hold up to 25 cards.
• An offer stays open for 48 hours by default. After that it expires and the cards stay on sale.
• Making an offer reserves nothing. The cards stay available to anyone buying at the listed price until a price is agreed.
• Once an offer is accepted the cards are held for 24 hours for you to pay. After that the hold lapses and they go back on sale.
• An accepted offer is a price agreed on those specific cards. It isn’t transferable and doesn’t apply to anything else.

Payment is taken by Stripe. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never seen or stored by this shop. Cards are dispatched once payment has cleared.

Orders are tracked and dispatched to the address you give at checkout — please check it, because it’s the one that gets used. Delivery estimates are estimates; once a parcel is with the carrier its timing isn’t something the shop controls. A card becomes yours once payment clears.

Raw cards are graded by eye and described honestly, and every listing photo is the actual card. What the condition words mean. If a card arrives differently than described it can be returned in full, and you have 14 days from delivery to start any return — the returns policy is part of these terms. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Character artwork, logos and set marks belong to their respective rights holders. Cards are sold as second-hand collectibles; the shop is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any card manufacturer or rights holder.

Don’t scrape it, don’t attempt to buy stock you don’t intend to pay for, and don’t use the offer system to tie up cards you have no intention of buying. Orders and offers that look like any of the above can be cancelled.
