• Drop list: your email address, and nothing else.
• Offers: your email address, your name if you give one, the note you attach, and which cards the offer is on.
• Orders: your email address and delivery address, plus what you bought and what you paid.

Payments run through Stripe. Card numbers are entered on Stripe’s own checkout page and never touch this site — the shop only ever learns that a payment succeeded, along with the delivery address you gave Stripe.

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — sending order, shipping and offer emails.
• Neon — the database the shop’s records live in.
• Vercel — hosting for the site itself.

Each of them only receives what it needs to do that job. Nobody else gets your details, and they are never sold, rented or used for advertising.

The shop sets no tracking cookies. The only cookie this site creates is a sign-in cookie for the owner’s own admin area, which is never set for customers.

Your bundle is remembered in your browser’s own storage. It stays on your device — the shop only learns which cards are in it at the moment you ask for a price, make an offer, or check out.

A negotiation is reached through a private link emailed to you. That link is the only key to it, so treat it like one — anyone who has it can see and answer that offer.

Order records are kept for as long as they’re needed for accounting and tax. Drop list subscriptions are kept until you ask to come off. Offers are kept while they’re live and for a reasonable period after, so a negotiation can be picked back up.

Email copescollectibles@gmail.com and ask. You can have a copy of what’s held about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted — other than records that have to be kept for tax. Every marketing email also has an unsubscribe link in it.

This shop isn’t aimed at children, and cards are not knowingly sold to anyone under 13.
