Returns

Condition is graded by eye and described honestly. When that description turns out to be wrong, the card comes back.

The short version

If it arrives differently than described, send it back for a full refund including what you paid in postage. That’s the whole policy, and it isn’t conditional on anything.

The window

You have 14 days from delivery to start a return. Email copescollectibles@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the problem, and you’ll get an answer before you post anything back.

Who pays the postage

  • Card was misdescribed, damaged or not what shipped: the shop pays, both ways.
  • You changed your mind: return postage is yours, and the card has to come back in the packaging it arrived in.

Getting it back safely

Send it back the way it came — sleeve, toploader, rigid mailer, tracked. A card that arrives back bent isn’t one that can be refunded in full, and untracked returns can’t be refunded at all if they go missing.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, once the card is in hand and checked. Banks typically take a few days to show it.

Graded slabs are returnable like anything else, but a cracked slab isn’t — once a case is broken the grade can’t be verified. How grading works here.
